(Like Keegan)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How good is your field of view?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 45%\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.diveski.co.nz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/20220726_092411-1-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3107 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"> When you have the mask on, ask yourself, can you see clearly in every direction without the mask obscuring your vision? <br>The <em>Atomic Venom Mask <\/em> (left) not only looks great, but has a one-window \/ low volume design for unobstructed forward vision and wide viewing angles.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">What volume is your mask?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:18px\"> Mask volume is the amount of air space inside your mask. <br>High volume masks generally are one-piece of tempered glass as apposed to two. They offer wide field of vision as discussed above, but can be a bit more of an effort to clear to clear. <br> <br>Low-volume masks are an ideal choice for anyone who needs to conserve their breath while freediving or wants a mask that is very easy to clear. When freediving, low volume masks are ideal- this is because you need very little air to equalize them at depth. <br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.diveski.co.nz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/20220726_091700-1-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3109 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The Hollis M3 is a good example of a low-volume mask. It fits close to the face and requires very little air to counter the effects of mask squeeze<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Help! My mask keeps pulling out all my hair.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.diveski.co.nz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Mask2-1024x655.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3105 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">For the divers out there with long hair, a good mask strap is imperative. Silicon straps tend to rip out hair when donning and doffing your mask. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Masks like the Oceanic Shadow (above) come with a neoprene strap. This drastically reduces the pull on your hair. Other great features of this mask include generously sized silicon skirting (great for bearded divers) and is frameless- giving the user a giant field-of-vision<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">There is something for everyone.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No two masks are the same!
