Local Wellington diving conditions were fantastic,&nbsp;we&nbsp;certified some new PADI Advanced &amp; Open Water Divers and&nbsp;Paddy ran a couple of&nbsp;recreational PADI Sidemount Diver courses.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>With 5 dives a week, we are Wellington&#8217;s most active dive club with 5 dives on Thursday evenings and weekends. Liveaboard diving enabled us to explore the reefs, complete 20+ dives and still having time to eat, sleep and meet other divers.&nbsp;The reefs were covered corals, anemones and large barrel sponges. The Central Fishing Area has a daily bag limit of 20 scallops and a minimum of 100mm. This profile is perfect for wreck diving&nbsp;and&nbsp;allows greater access to tank valves for gas management.
