Dive Club Wellington Updates<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

While it is officially autumn – summer is here and the diving has been great. The water is 18 degrees along the south coast and there are plenty of fish to see.

You may not have heard that Cam has left us. He is heading off his BIG OE & we all hope he has a fantastic time & look forward to hearing about his underwater adventures as he travels around the world.

We have a busy month ahead with plenty of courses and fun dives planned.
Club Dives:<\/strong> Don’t forget to book in a few days prior so that we know you are keen. Last weekend we cancelled a stunning dive day as no one contacted us until after lunch on Friday and we had already made other plans.
NB<\/strong>: If your plans change, you get sick… there is no cancellation fee

Join us over King’s Birthday Weekend for a 3 day liveaboard adventure in Coromandel<\/a>. 11 dives, food and accommodation $995 + travel
We still have spaces for our return trip to Beqa Lagoon, Fiji<\/a> in September. A stunning location with great food, accommodation, unlimited diving and SHARKS! Great value at $4430 for 10 days. Perfect for non-divers as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Tuesday Night Pub Quizzes are back on at the Sprig & Fern in Petone. Join our club divers for a fun night and help support a local charity. The quiz starts at 7pm so we aim to be there ~ 6pm to grab a seat.

Tuesday 11th March & Tuesday 1st April<\/strong>
Quiz Entry $5 plus $$$ for the charity raffle (cash is key here)
Not only do they have some great pub food but you can bring in your own dinner as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Have you joined our biggest ever dive club challenge!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This challenge will take us to the deepest known point of the world’s oceans. Challenger Deep – 10,935m<\/strong>
To date we have dived to 4,011.40m and raised $3436.61<\/strong>

We hope you will support our efforts, by diving, donating or participating in other events throughout the year. Our event t-shirts<\/a> are now available online with a range of colours – help us become the best looking dive club ever – proceeds are donated to charity.

PADI Scuba Diving Courses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Courses are still running every running every month with our next course on the 15th & 16th of March. These are a great way to improve some key skills and discover new techniques to improve your diving.
We have another diver keen for the PADI Rescue Diver Course and he needs a buddy to rescue! If you would also like to take a step up and become a Rescue Diver please let us know. Paddy is keen to run a Sidemount Diver Course in March so if you are keen please let him know and take him out diving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Different dive adventures require different skills and knowledge and we offer a range of PADI Dive Courses<\/a> to meet your needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
